Delivery

Next-day delivery
Orders placed by 12pm (midday), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery to most UK mainland addresses. Orders placed after 12pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Where we ship from
All stock is held in the UK and shipped from our warehouse in Leeds.

Delivery charges
Delivery is charged per order and shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are shown ex VAT and inc VAT; VAT is added to delivery at the standard rate.

Remote and offshore areas
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands may take longer and may carry an extra charge. If this applies we'll contact you before dispatch.

Large and pallet orders
For bulk, pallet or site deliveries, email hello@supraseal.com for a delivery quote.

Checking your delivery
Please check your delivery on arrival and report any damage, shortages or incorrect items within 48 hours to hello@supraseal.com with your order number and photos.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
