- Details you give us: name, company, billing and delivery addresses, email, phone number, and order details.
- Payment details are processed securely by our payment providers (Shopify Payments and others shown at checkout). We do not see or store your full card details.
- Information collected automatically when you use the site: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and how you reached us, using cookies and similar technologies.
- Messages you send us, such as enquiries and requests for safety information sheets.

Why we use it (and our lawful basis)
- To process and deliver your order, provide invoices and handle returns (contract).
- To manage trade accounts and invoice terms (contract and legitimate interests).
- To answer your questions and send product safety information (legitimate interests).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
- To run, secure and improve our website (legitimate interests).
- To send marketing emails, only where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email (consent).

Who we share it with
We share data only as needed with: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment providers, couriers and our warehouse to deliver orders, our accountants, and IT and email service providers. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept for 6 years, as required by law. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.

Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the shop and basket, and, with your consent where required, analytics and marketing cookies. You can manage cookies through the banner on the site or your browser settings.

Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email hello@supraseal.com.
