About Supraseal
Weatherproofing supplies, run by someone who's been on the roof
I'm Tom Rowlay. I spent 20 years in single-ply roofing and roof compliance, running the business for the last decade of it, before starting Supraseal.
In those years I lost count of the times a job was held up because the right material wasn't available, or because what turned up wasn't what the job actually needed. A roll of tape that wouldn't stick to the membrane it was sold for. A kit missing the one trim that mattered. Advice from someone who'd never been on a roof in the rain.
Supraseal exists because I thought that could be done better.
What we supply
- Supraseal® Weatherproofing Tape — butyl-based, bitumen-free flashing tape in 50mm to 300mm widths, with a 10-year warranty. This is where Supraseal earned its name: on modular buildings, site cabins and flat roofs, sealing laps, bay joints, upstands and leaks for people who needed it right first time.
- ClassicBond® EPDM rubber roofing — one-piece membranes cut to your sizes, with every adhesive, trim and corner the job needs. Our roof calculator prices a whole flat roof in two minutes and emails you an itemised quote, so you're not waiting on a call-back.
- Temproof — PVC temporary roofing and Dekbond 2545 adhesive for modular and site works.
- HVAC aluminium foil tape and application tools, including our silicone seam roller.
How we work
- Next-day on tape. Order by 12pm and it ships the same day from UK stock in Leeds.
- Trade accounts on invoice terms, with bulk and pallet pricing. Modular and portable building manufacturers: ask about volume EPDM.
- Straight answers. Send a photo of the job and I'll tell you what you need — including when the answer is that we haven't got it. I'd rather say so than sell you the wrong thing.
Who buys from us
Roofers and single-ply installers, modular and portable building manufacturers, builders merchants, maintenance teams, and plenty of people doing one careful job on their own garage. The advice is the same either way.
